Yes, Kortext Arcturus can be accessed by customers worldwide – we currently serve users in over 2,000 universities across the globe.
Yes, continuous improvement is important to us and to our partner institutions, so we update our platform frequently as per any SaaS platform. However, we look to reserve significant product releases to a regular cycle and customers will be informed in advance.
For existing account holders, the acquisition workflow will automatically be available for use early May in time for your 22/23 content acquisition cycle. We would recommend that you book a walkthrough session with your Account Manager or Customer Success Representative to get an in-depth insight into the full functionality of the module.
